Persian Helmet
In 515 BC the professional core of the the Persian Empire Army under the rule of the Achaemendid King, "Darius The Great" was the famed "Ten Thousand Immortals" whose ranks of intensively trained remarkably responsive and mobile forces included archers, spearmen, light and heavy cavalrymen and 1,000 strong of the elite royal bodyguard. These troops wore many styles of armour which may have included helms styled as this. Our full sized wearable hand crafted Persian helmet is detailed with brass and created in 18 gauge steel.
