Broadsword
A Broadsword is a sword that features a straight, wide and single-edged blade. Broadswords were the military swords used in 17th century and were distinguished from rapiers which were used as civil swords. Broadsword was the sword of the common people. The broadsword featured an elaborate basket hilt.
