We will cheerfully refund your money/issue credit/replace merchandise, your choice, for the full purchase price, excluding delivery charges. Returns must be insured Parcel Post or UPS.
*CD's: Only unopened CD's in original packaging can be accepted for returns.

DELIVERY
We make every effort to ship your order within a few days of receipt (personal checks allow time to clear). Continental US shipments are usually made by UPS, other areas at our discretion. In the rare occasion that we are out of stock on an item and will not be shipping before thirty days, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Credit card orders will not be charged till 1-3 working days before merchandise is shipped. We do not ship COD or to P.O. Boxes.

Although we are primarily a mail order business many, of you have requested to see our wares in person. To better serve you we have put in a huge 2000 square foot beautiful castle like showroom which in addition to our catalog items includes many unique one of a kind products. If you are in the Chicago area and want to visit, please call for an appointment.
