This mischievous gargoyle half man-half beast is actually a chimera designed after the rooftop beasts of Notre Dame Cathedral. Gnawing on a bone he grins gleefully as he devours his prey (undoubtedly an evil spirit who got to close!) His upward stare gives him undeniable charm as he keeps watch for other prey. Our Gnawing Gargoyle is hand cast in the USA (can you believe that!) of a plaster resin which gives this creature a nice weight. The grey stone finish is hand applied. Each stands 10"H.
