Shipping Policy
We make every effort to ship your order within a few days of receipt (personal checks allow time to clear). Continental US shipments are usually made by UPS Ground Service, other areas at our discretion. In the rare occasion that we are out of stock of an item and will not be shipping within thirty days, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Credit card orders will not be charged till 1-3 working days before merchandise is shipped. We do not ship COD or to P.O. Boxes. See map below with UPS estimated transit days from our location in Chicago Illinois. Note: Transit days apply to working days only, UPS does not move product on weekends and holidays.
