Rittersteel Authentics®Halberds. These are Awesome! Hand-crafted with blackened heads. Each head is secured with hand pounded rivets on a rectangular shaved blackened and seared wood handle. This halberd has a rectangular pole for authenticity.(Rectangular handles afforded a better directional grip than round poles). The sharp blade is on the one side with a downward curved spike to the other, and a spear on top. Each measures over 6-1/2 feet high varying slightly due to each being individually made. Largest width across measuring 12 to13 inches wide. The spear at the top of each halberd measures over 1 foot long.
